Meals are served 50% raw, 15% carbs, 15% beans/grains, 20% veggies/protein

Available only for Pick ups

Mondays between 12pm - 4pm

starting in April 2022

You will receive
3 diverse meals at once in order to enjoy them daily on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Hola! l'm Paulette, your healthy plant based vegan chef. My husband Yoshi and I began Flora in 2016, with the intention to be of service of offering health through food, music and dance while also helping the Amazon Jungle of Ecuador.

Being born in Ecuador, with roots in Chile and Venezuela, while also traveling to Peru, Bolivia, and even Italy, I have learned from many cultures about native traditions, clothing, dances and food.

In time, this enhanced my creativity for manifesting new plant based vegan cultural dishes, with a regenerative touch.

​​Additionally, for the past 9 years, I have learned many benefits of feeding myself from plant based whole foods.

A good tip is, consistency.

I'm a life student of veganism, ayurveda, micro & macrobiotic, trophology and continue to learn from many cultures and sciences in overall regenerative holistic lifestyle, such as permaculture.


I am very aware about the global impact when personally eating healthy or unhealthy,

and I am happy that you are too.​
